2004-05 Kevin Garnett Game-Worn Jersey Uniform w/ Shorts Timberwolves – COA Team LOA

Presented is a Minnesota Timberwolves Kevin Garnett game worn jersey from the 2004-05 season. Across the front is “TIMBERWOLVES” in black on sparkle silver on blue triple tackle twill. On the left part of the chest is the official “NBA” embroidered logo.   Below that and on the back is the player number “21” in the same silver, on blue/black tackle twill.

On the left front tail is the “Reebok” manufacturer’s tag with player details “H2 – 21 – 2004-2005″ in black felt tip. Attached are four flag tags “PLAYDRY,””50,” “4” L.B.” and “2004-2005″ year tag. Below it is a coded tag that also features the year “04-05″ Set #2”. Across the back is the player name “GARNETT” in black tackle twill (with his jersey number “21” below). There are four velc*o pieces on the bottom of the front and back of the jersey. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.

Also included is the matching pair of game-worn shorts that complete the uniform. In the waistband are the details Reebok NBA Authentics with various flap tags including 1″ H.R., 1″ L.I., [size] 46, Playdry, There are also marker details including his jersey number “21” and “2004-2005”.  Both the jersey and the shorts include letters of authentication from the Minnesota Timberwolves and their equipment manager.

In the 2003–04 season, things finally seemed to come together for Garnett. In past years, the Wolves had practically been a one-man show, but now, the Timberwolves had made two valuable acquisitions: highly talented but volatile swingman Latrell Sprewell and the seasoned two-time NBA champion Sam Cassell, who supplanted Troy Hudson at point guard. In addition, defensive center Ervin Johnson complemented the inconsistent Michael Olowokandi. Powered by the best supporting cast up to this point in his career, Garnett averaged 24.2 points, 13.9 rebounds, 5.0 assists, 2.2 blocks and 1.5 steals per game for the season. Having recorded career-highs in points, rebounds, blocks and leading the league rebounds, Garnett was named the league Most Valuable Player for the first time in his career.
