Presented is a blue jersey that was game worn by former University of Florida Gators player, Zach Piller duing the 1997-98 season. On the front, back, and shoulders is the player number “69” screened on in white and orange. The Gator patch logo is present on the left chest as well as a special Florida Citrus Bowl – COMP USA patch on right chest, sides are Spandex (which have turned purple) and the custom elastic sleeves are striped in team colors white and orange. Across the back is his name “PILLER” in white on a nameplate. The collar tagging shows it is a STARTER [size] 50 L – ’97. The SEC patch is set in the center collar portion. The jersey was custom per player specification. It shows wear throughout with multiple repairs/hit marks etc. Overall, a great Gators game worn jersey.
Zach Piller was a guard in the National Football League (NFL) for eight seasons during the late 1990s and 2000s. Piller played college football for the University of Florida, where he was a member of a national championship team in 1996. Thereafter, he played professionally for the Tennessee Titans of the NFL.
