When it comes to hockey, two Hollywood players lead off-duty contests. CAA sports agent Pat Brisson established a weekly Monday night game 25+ years ago that took\ place at the Los Angeles Kings’ practice facility in El Segundo. Regulars included Jerry Bruckheimer, Tom Bernard and 3 Arts partner Michael Rotenberg.

“It’s for fun, but still …” Brisson says about a game that’s been known to include NHL pros in the off-season. Jerry Bruckheimer himself hosts a Sunday night game and an annual Las Vegas tournament. Those lucky enough to receive an invite to the “Bad Boys” club, including Cuba Gooding Jr. and producer Barry Josephson, get a hockey equipment bag with a logo themed each year to one of Bruckheimer’s movies; this year’s, the 19th, features Tonto’s profile from The Lone Ranger. Many of Bruckheimer’s and Brisson’s players also participate in NHL Hall of Famer Luc Robitaille‘s charity game that was played during the Sundance Film Festival.

Grant Lewis made his professional debut in the 2007–08 season with the Thrashers affiliate, the Chicago Wolves of the AHL. He played in 43 games with the Wolves, helping the Wolves capture the Calder Cup. In the 2008–09 season, Lewis was recalled by the Thrashers on March 2, 2009. He made his NHL debut for the Thrashers on March 3, 2009, in a 4–3 loss against the Florida Panthers.

This Grant Lewis jersey is a Jerry Bruckheimer Bad Boys gamer worn for the annual Jerry Bruckheimer tournament in Las Vegas. It displays centrally the central Bad Boys 16 logo patch with a skull wearing a hockey helmet. Also sewn on are the identifiers in orange twill including his jersey number “7” on the back. Tagging in the collar indicates it is a Reebok [size] XL  jersey. As a highlight it was autographed by Lewis on the back in black felt tip (“9”).
