“Ghost Adventures” Haunted Doors (3) Oman House COA Provenance

This letter is to certify that this was the Master Bedroom door of the David Oman House located at 10100 Cielo Dr.
Beverly Hills Ca. 90210, that was featured in the season 10 episode number 1 of Ghost Adventures. The dimensions of
the door are the following 80 inches tall by 28 inches wide. The door is Masonite Textured 6-Panel Hollow Core Primed
Composite Interior Door Slab with Bore. High-definition panels closely replicate the appearance of a high-end wood door
with excellent shadow lines for added architectural interest.
This door was prominently featured on the episode of Ghost Adventures. This door was the original Master Bedroom door
of the David Oman from its completion of construction in August of 2002 till it was removed in September of 2021, due to
remodeling. The door has been signed and notated it’s former location in my home in black sharpie on the top middle
panel signed
