Presented is a jersey that was worn former NFL player, Gerard Warren in 2001. On the front, back, and each shoulder is the player number “94” in brown tackle twill. Across the back is the player name “WARREN” in matching brown tackle twill on a black name plate. Front tagging shows it is an offical Browns – “Designed and Tailored for Browns [size] 50 (flap) with a 6” L.B. extra length (flap). The jersey has custom elastic sleeves and has hook/loop tape attchments on the bottom.
The inside back collar is a manufacturer’s strip tag with “01-50” “D” on it. The jersey has white spandex sides and each sleeve features a “Reebok” embroidered logo. On the front at the neck is the official “NFL” logo patch. The jersey shows strong wear with repairs throughout, several discolorations, hit and helmet marks.
Gerard Warren was drafted by the Cleveland Browns with the third overall selection in the 2001 NFL draft. He played in 15 games as a rookie in 2001, all starts, and finished with 61 tackles and five sacks. In 2002, Warren started all 16 games, recording 40 tackles, two sacks, and two forced fumbles. He started 15 games for the Browns in 2003, picking up 32 tackles and a career-high 5.5 sacks. In his final season in Cleveland, 2004, Warren played in and started 13 games, missing three to injury, and finished with 19 tackles and four sacks.
