According to the Elvis History, Presley’s practice of giving away scarves started in September 1970 in Phoenix, Arizona. At that show, Presley gave his green scarf to a young fan in the front row, and her joyous reaction eventually led to Presley continuing the practice.
Interestingly very few of the scarves that belong to Elvis that he tossed to female fans in his audience have made their way to the market. Presented is a white scarf that will make you feel the closest to Elvis you have ever been. This one was presented to a fan in a box. It’s a white scarf that features decorative dazzle rhinestones studs. The presentation box it came in originally housed a limited edition book “Presley Speaks” by Vester Presley (Elvis’ uncle) and was redesigned with red striping.
Also included is a copy of Elvis’ last will and testament.
