Presented is a 2021 Vegas Golden Knights game issued military appreciation night warm-up jersey. It was issued to Gage Quinney. The jersey was part of an auction that benefited the Vegas Golden Knights Foundation and its military initiatives. The jersey itself is decked out in an Army style motif with the classic Knights logo spray painted style on the front and Quinney’s jersey number on the sleeves in white “72”. The back also has his jersey number “72” and his name covertly (black on black) on a nameplate above. An “I SALUTE” patch is on the left sleeve and the military style American flag patch is on the right (backwards as all military members stand behind the flag). Collar tagging by Adidas shows it is a [size] 56. Special Golden Knights tagging is present on the front with coding from the equipment manager. There’s also a Golden Knights hologram affixed on the interior side seam tag for additional authentication.
Following the 2019–20 season, Gage Quinney continued on his assignment with the Chicago Wolves. He added 32 points in just 42 games before receiving his first recall to the NHL by the Golden Knights on February 21, 2020. Quinney became the first native Nevadan to play in a NHL game, making his debut with the Golden Knights against the Florida Panthers on February 22, 2020. He registered his first point, an assist, in his second game with the Golden Knights in a 6-5 overtime victory against the Anaheim Ducks on February 23, 2020.
