Presented is an original concert tour tee shirt from Maynard Ferguson. The black shirt is vintage and measures 16″ across the chest and the 27″ from top of collar seam to bottom. Vintage tagging is Hanes M. Nice artistic trumpet design “Hot 1979 Tour” on the front and no design on back.

This lot is from the T-Shirt collection from the estate of Chuck Landis (aka Largo) veteran promoter, concert best known as co-founder of the Roxy West Hollywood rock club in the early 1970’s and in 1980.  Many of the T-Shirts come from performances that were at the venue.  They have been locked away for many until now. 

The Rox bar was a regular hangout for John Lennon, Harry Nilsson, Alice Cooper and Keith Moon Heidi Fleiss in the 1980s.    So you can only imagine what stories can tell?
