Scarff, S. Thomas was born on January 5, 1942 in Mount Pleasant, Iowa, United States. Son of Larry V. and Mary Margaret (Ewart) Scarff.
Tom Scarff’s distinguished career in sculpture came following a three year run as art director for the musical “Hair.” His solid reputation was earned over the past three decades. He has the unique ability to transform light and bend it to his needs on a metal sculpture.
