Paul Pierce Practice Issued Warm-Up Shirt 2005 All-Star Game – COA 100% Authentic Team

After being chosen by the Boston Celtics with the 10th overall pick in the 1998 NBA draft, Paul Pierce spent the first 15 years of his career with Boston. Pierce’s nickname, “the Truth”, was given to him by Shaquille O’Neal in March 2001. He starred as captain of the Celtics, earning 10 All-Star selections and becoming a four-time All-NBA team member. Pierce combined with Kevin Garnett and Ray Allen in 2007 to form a “Big Three” that led Boston to two NBA Finals and an NBA championship in 2008.

Presented is a 2005 NBA All-Star Game game / practice issued warm up owned by Paul Pierce. The pullover long sleeve shirt is a special navy blue knit for the Denver All-Star Game.  It is unknown if it was worn by Pierce as there are no player identifiers but it is possible because of the size as well as wear with wrinkling throughout. Hence, it was designated as game/practice issued. Reebok tail tagging shows  [size] 2XL Tall. The back features the 2005 Denver NBA All-Star Game logo.

Interestingly, it was an item that came directly from Paul Pierce. Overall, it is a great NBA collectible by itself but since it was owned by Paul Pierce, it makes it that more special.
