Presented from the Marcus Banks collection is his game worn UNLV jersey from his time with the team.

Marcus Banks was born in Las Vegas, Nevada and he was the first Las Vegas (born) player to get drafted by the NBA. He played college basketball at the UNLV with the Runnin’ Rebels, where he was Co-Defensive Player of the Year as a senior. Banks was selected with the thirteenth pick in the first round of the 2003 NBA draft by the Memphis Grizzlies, then traded to the Boston Celtics, along with Kendrick Perkins.

The jersey on the front left tail shows the “NIKE” manufacturers tag. Attached are four additional manufacturer’s tags with the jersey size “46”  and”LENGTH +2″. Across the front is “REBELS” in gray/black tackle twill. Across the back is the player name “Banks” in black tackle twill. On back is his number “3” in the same tackle twill. On the front collar is the UNLV embroidered logo. Overall, it shows moderate wear with soft malleable tagging. Note, there’s mild surface wear from previous framing display. The highlight was that it was autographed by Banks on the verso numeral. He signed it in black felt tip (“9”).
