Isaiah Rider Game-Worn Shoe Signed Timberwolves – COA 100% Authentic Team

Isaiah Rider was chosen with the 5th overall pick of the 1993 NBA draft by the Minnesota Timberwolves. Rider started his NBA career strong, finishing the 1993–94 season as a member of the NBA’s All-Rookie First Team. He won the 1994 NBA Slam Dunk Contest (he brashly predicted that he would win on draft day) with a dunk that he called “The East Bay Funk Dunk.

This is a game worn shoe from Isaiah Riders’s NBA career. The Converse React sneakers are naturally Timberwolves colors black/white and aqua accents. Interior tagging reports a size “15” and features correct SAMPLE tagging. There is storage/aging, and mild game wear is showcased on the shoes with creasing in the toe box etc. His saying, “RIP RICO” is embroidered near the toe box where there is some cracking. The back heel has a JR embroidered.

The highlight was that it was autographed by Rider in black felt tip on the toe box (“9”). The shoe originates from a former NBA teammate.

Interesting notes about the Converse React: These Converse (subsidiary owned by Nike Corporation) “Cons with the React Juice” were promoted as the state-of-the-art technology in the mid-90s. These pre-date the current parent-company Nike technology of “Foamposite”.
