Billy Goodman Franklin F111 Model Baseball Glove Original Box MIB

Early 1950s Billy Goodman Franklin F111 Model Baseball Fielders Glove with Original Box MIB  (Near MINT CONDITION). This glove is in amazing condition for its age c. early 1950s.   mint and unused with soft supple leather.  Comes with its original box.   Neat graphics on the box.  Glove / box combo makes a great display. Glove was sold in the stores for a Children’s glove . 8″ x 8″  Billy Goodman was a 2 time All-Star and perennial MVP candidate for the Boston Red Sox in the late 40s and early 1950s.  He ended his 16 year career in 1962 with a lifetime .300 batting average.  He is a member of the Boston Red Sox Hall of Fame.Extremely rare to find a 70 year old store model glove in this nice of condition with its original box. This is new old store stock that came from an unopened sealed case of 6 gloves in the box that was discovered in an old Woolworth Store in Ohio
