Mark Messier Signed Photo 16×20 Rangers – COA JSA

Considered one of the greatest players in the history of the NHL, Mark Messier spent a quarter of a century in the NHL (1979-2004), playing for the Edmonton Oilers, New York Rangers and Vancouver Canucks. (Technically, he was also rostered with the San Jose Sharks for two months, although he never played a game for them.) Mark ranks second in all-time scoring with 1,887 points (694 goals, 1,193 assists) in the regular season, and he has six Stanley Cup Championships, 15 All-Star Game appearances and many other awards to his credit. Messier holds the record for the most NHL regular and playoff season games played at 1,992, and is one of only a handful of players to have played 25 NHL seasons, doing so over four decades.

Presented is a 16×20 photo of Messier when he played for the New York Rangers. He autographed it in blue felt tip (“9”) and added the inscription “500” for the milestone goal amount at that time.
