Presented is a blue leather jacket that was originally owned and worn by Terrell Owens. Tagging in the collar shows it is a Michael Hoban brand [size] XXXL Made-in USA. Presented is a blue leather jacket that was originally owned and worn by Terrell Owens. Tagging in the collar shows it is a Michael Hoban brand [size] 48 – L.  Michael Hoban customers soon included Hells Angels leader Ralph (Sonny) Barger and Black Panthers co-founder Huey Newton. After the late rock entrepreneur Bill Graham asked Hoban to start making clothes for his acts at the Fillmore Theatre, the North Beach clientele became truly impressive: Janis Joplin, the Grateful Dead, Jim Morrison, The Who, Tina Turner, the Rolling Stones, the Beatles. Entertainers and athletes who pay constitute a virtual Who’s Who. No wonder. The common denominator in North Beach designs–even the mildly elegant ones–is that they virtually shout: “Look at me. I’m hot stuff.”

Interestingly, it was an item that came directly from the famous purchase of Terrell Owen’s Storage unit as reported by TMZ. Overall,  Overall, it is a great one of the kind Michael Hoban collectible by itself but since it came out of the unit with the provenance of being owned and worn by Owens it makes it that more special.

A copy of the original purchase receipt will add proof and provenance.
