In February 2009, Adam “MCA”  Yauch of the Beastie Boys revealed their forthcoming new album had taken the band’s sound in a “bizarre” new direction, saying “It’s a combination of playing and sampling stuff as we’re playing, and also sampling pretty obscure records. The tentative title for the record was Tadlock’s Glasses, of which Yauch explained the inspiration behind the title.

Presented is a wonderfully signed Beastie Boys page display featuring the trio of members. The Beastie Boys disbanded after the death of Adam Yauch in 2014 so this is a tremendously rare compilation. In bold black felt tip (“10”). perfect in the beat of graffiti style it yells, “Beastie Boys! 2009″. Below it, the trio of Ad-Rock (Adam Keefe Horovitz) , MCA (Adam Yauch), and Mike D. (Michael Diamond) signed it. The paper was affixed to a backing board and placed within a golden square accent. The display measures 9.5″ x 10.75”.
